In the 21st Century everyone thinks that smartphones turn your brain into "mush". A new study in the Neuropsychological Rehabilitation that it might not be true. They studied 10 people who had bad memory, each person was given a phone. This showed that smartphones help improve peoples day-to-day memory.

I think that music is a great way to improve memory, because its something that people can be interested in and you can relate it to so many things. In the article it was talking about how if you go on a cross country road trip and you keep hearing the same song on the radio it can create a memory of when you were on the road trip. if people listen to music all the time and make relations to important things that your doing i think it can improve your memory significantly.

This topic is extremely interesting, talking about how music can trigger the brain to remember a certain memory. After taking my pyschology of play class in full sail I remember learning about how the brain can remember certain things if music or other items are taken into play. This article has certainly taught me something new about this topic.

I think that playing games can help your memory to a certain extent. If you keep playing the same games your brain is going to get used to it and it wont help you at all. If you keep playing different games then your brain will keep creating new synapses and neurons, so your memory will keep improving.
