This site is teh APTA offical webiste and I find it very usefull as being a member of the APTA offers great credentials and notice in the physical therapy field. This website can help me learn more about the APTA so I have a good chance at becoming a member when I am in physical therapy school and starting to look at prospective jobs in the field.

My Thoughts:

This resource is vital information considering applicance to The School of Physical Therapy at The University of Montana. I need to know this imformation in order to start preparing now for acceptance into the school later. This suggested course catalog will help me plan my first few years at the university according to sdmissions requirements into the university's School of Physical Therapy. This is important because even prior to that, it will help me plan my first two years at community college to help me along the same path.

Taylor's insight:

My Thoughts:

I found this to be a very important resource because being a transfer student I need to know my rights and responsibilites just as any other student would. The Colleges and Universitites themselves also have rights and responsibilites when it comes to their transfer students, so I believe it is very important that I know what is expected of both me and the university. This document gave a very clear outline for both parties. I like this source very much becuase knowing my rights and responsibilities now will help me succeed further down the road in my transfer process.

This resource is very important to those that are transferring from a community college to Western Washington University.  This is a specific outline of what is expected of both the student and the school.

This document eliminates confusion and enables both parties to come to an understanding of what actions should be taken by both the school and the student.  To avoid complications during the transferring process, then a student should refer to this file.

My Thoughts:

The fact that PracticeQuiz now offers 120 review questions for the National Physical Therapy Exam is a very resourceful tool for prospective physical therapists like myself. Just as your teachers give practice tests before a big exam, PracticeQuiz is giving a valuable study tool for physical therapy students before their most important exam. I also like how PracticeQuiz tells how the NPTE is divided up in sections. Overall I think this is a very useful source that could help my in my physical therapy studies.

My Thoughts:

I really liked this article because it reaffirms me that the physical therapy field is a great career path that is all about helping people. I think it's important that when looking for a career, one focuses not only on numbers and statistics, but what personality and values it takes for the career as well. I've always been interested in physical therapy because of the fact that it's main focus is helping patients that need it, and that's what this article portrays quite well.

After reading this I believe that I can be very successful in transferring to a physical therapy program at a university after two years at Everett Community taking the proper courses outlined in this document.
