Example of an evidence-based argument used to restore school librarian positions in some Massachusetts schools. Judi Paradis, president of the Massachusetts School Library Association draws upon recent research studies that demonstrate the impact of school libraries on student learning. Many of the points articulated by Paradis can be used by individual TLs or state/national associations to develop a case for TL positions.
