Many companies do not have a formal change process.

 

Mucking about with too many moving parts at once is a sure way to make things worse, rather than better. There is no way to prove a caused z, if you change d, e, f, and g at the same time.

 

When it all goes wrong, employees and management is left with scars and resistance to additional change. Worse, investors may lose faith in management’s ability to manage change.

 

Read a book on experiment design before launching a change project. After that, most of this article will be common sense.

Il n'est pas question d'imposer une organisation. Chaque entreprise doit être en mesure d'analyser son schéma et de le faire évoluer en fonction de sa stratégie propre.
Une entreprise de services aura tout intérêt à avoir le moins d'étages hiérarchique, entre le client et le top management.
Une autre très orientée vers le résultat à tout prix, aura tout intérêt à augmenter ses équipes de vendeurs et diminuer les managers de pilotage qui apportent moins de valeur ajoutée au RB.

Cet ensemble de schémas (que l'on pourrait appeler infographique) est à la fois étonnant, pédagogique et révélateur des différences qu'il peut exister entre chaque pays. Attention à ceux qui changent de pays en pensant s'intégrer facilement!
