If we look at how often sites such as twitter and FaceBook are used, it is a daily thing, for some people its religious to check their personal profiles as soon as they wake up. this has opened up the perfect gap for social media marketing

A media plan is just as important as a business plan! I'm always surprised how many businesses operate without a written business plan, same for media, it makes a huge difference!

It has become clear that social media is turning into quite the process. It’s becoming more and more important, so many different tools and advice columns keep popping up to help businesses and individuals stay organized and successful when it comes to this newer marketing effort. This has caused many companies to create a full-time social media position for experts to help manage the many social accounts, follow analytics, get creative with engagement, etc. It takes a lot of time and effort, but the payoff is only increasing as social involvement increase.

i believe companies should have a business plan, whether it massive or small, its a good idea for business to have one. it will help keep the business focused and on track on what they are meant to be achieving.

Having a business plan couldn.t hurt. This article seemed to be directed towards those strating up a new small family owned comapny. I feel for companies like this it is often peoples own savings involved etc. A business plan should give those invested in the start up business, whether it be actual financial investment or just pratcicle, emotional investment a business plan is something that is needed to use as a plan for the future and give ths new business some sort of credentials.

I believe that new businesses starting up must have a starting point. Going into a business environment blind is not desirable. This will only be a starting point however as plans need to be constantly changed due to changing factors such as economic climates and market decisions. I remember a quote from Dwight D. Eisenhower. "Plans are nothing, planning is everything." This means that planning should be an ongoing process and will change over time as conditions change.
