I watched a digital Ken Robinson presentation several years ago. He made a passing reference to using technology, but the bulk of his presentation discussed the stamping out of creativity in children as we diagnose and medicate more of them in the age of standardized tests. I mention the technology, because one person took that as being the thesis in the presentation and not the stamping out of creativity.
Reading is still important. It is a place we can go and find the quiet we need to re-energize.
