New York, Colorado, Illinois, and Massachusetts intend to provide confidential student information to a private corporation (Shared Learning Collaborative - a Gates Foundation funded corp) which then intends to make the data available to for-profit companies to develop & market commercial learning products. This goes hand-in-hand with last scoop about testing companies. K-12 has become BIG BUSINESS.
