The RG Score helps turn all your research into a source of reputation.
Whether it's the questions and answers you contribute to the network, or the publications, negative results, and raw data you upload, anything can become a factor in your RG Score.
Your RG Score is calculated based on how other researchers interact with your content, how often, and who they are. The higher their score, the more yours will increase.
The 'PERCENTILE' section is comparing the score with other members of the network and then telling you if your score is higher or lower then x% of the ResearchGate member's
You have also some statistics in a dashboard with:
Profile views (by day, week, and total), Publications views (by day, week, and total), Full-texts downloads (by day, week, and total)
This new function in ResearchGate is interesting. Let's see now if it will help to push members to participate more.
