I'm not sure about the whole model here but the points themselves are  valid ... Particularly so point 5 about making time for strategic initiatives, as opposed to working on them in time left over from 'real' work. I think many of us are guilty of letting the big project file sit there for "whenI have time". Sometimes just making yourself feel better by doing micro Next Actions, if you are a GTDer, simply isn't enough.

I haven't tried this yet ... but I am certainly going to. Each morning I delete a raft of newsletters and subscription mails so I can simply see what has come in overnight, and keep doing so all day.  I dread to think of the lost time. I unsubscribe to some, when I have time, but deletion is so much faster. This tool sounds like that rare and real oddity which could upgrade my productivity at a stroke.
