On lit sans cesse que nous sommes en train de vivre une révolution digitale, sociale et mobile. De nouveaux acronymes comme le SOLOMO (SOcial LOcal MObile) apparaissent pour définir cette interconnexion entre la géolocalisation, les interactions digitales au sein de lieux physiques (magasins, restaurants, musées, …), les usages sociaux et participatifs, les nouveaux services que sont les médias sociaux et les terminaux mobiles. Sauf que Facebook n’est pas la révolution, la vraie révolution est celle qui doit, et qui en train d’avoir lieux au sein des entreprises, comme je l’avais précédemment écrit (La révolution, ce n’est pas Facebook : c’est la digitalisation de l’entreprise).
