This short article gives insight as to why fast food isn't so great for pregnant woman and the fetus. Clearly fast food isn't the greatest source for nutritional content but because the fetus and mother need more nutrients during pregnancy, other sources more natural and nutrient dense foods should be consumed for developing baby and momma.
