It's never too late. I guess there are still some countries who are facing poverty are able to be save. Neigbouring countries that are doing well, should lend a helping hand to save these countries in need. The cycle in which povert repeats can be put to a stop when helping societies come in together to solve world poverty.

Casey Tan's insight:

Likewise the poor get poorer the rich get richer it would be a never ending cycle  like this, worst still, more and more countries are facing the larger problem of poverty. One example of the problem from poverty is like the article on top where people are getting more problems and not only that, natural causes are creating diseasters like hurricanes and tornadoes.the world needs to be changed and it can only be started by a group of responsible individuals.

I agree, the poor are never getting enough. Poverty are rising and many countries are facing this problem. NAtural disasters do add up to the problem they face. They also need government or a society for a hand which unlikely will happen.
