Nigel Leong's insight:
I find the video very interesting and enlightening. Even thought the video is short, I learnt a lot of things from it. It tells me the how much the people living in poverty is suffering and tells me ways to improve their lives. The people living in poverty have no water for farming and have to rely on the inconsistent rain or rely on nearby water which they have to collect with buckets to irrigate their fields. These kind of farming techniques do not make much money. However if we invest on water pumps for them, they would have a bigger farm which will give them more food and money which will thus improve their lifestyle and they will not suffer that much.
