Hello,

 

Today the diet proved to be high gear with a loss of 2 pounds this week. Both my wife and I decided to make some homemade chicken soup, eat lots of salad, as well as I made some Grilled Vegetable Lasagna. The recipe will appear in a future post. We had less nuts and not as much snacking.

 

I wanted to post a this artilce for the end of the week. It provides some great tips on how to get the family on board with a healthy lifestyle.

I suppose “life lessons” are called that for a reason. You need to experience life in order to learn the lessons. And the more life you experience, the more lessons you accumulate. However, some extremely valuable lessons came from other people. Some I learned from reading great thinkers like Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie. Others were passed on from friends and family.
