 My thoughts. Goal 1.

When presenting your art portfolio, you have to be confident about your artwork and your creative process. College administrators like to look at your creative process and who you are as an by looking at your sketchbooks and portfolio. So, when i show someone my sketchbook or art portfolio, I shouldn't apologize to them about my artwork because it shows how unconfident I am.

When building my art portfolio, you have to play your cards right. You have to make sure you're presenting artwork makes an administrator want you to go to their college. Matting my art can bring more attention to my art and use acid-fee tissues when packing each art piece can prevent it from getting ruined. When taking pictures of your art, make sure there is even lighting or go outside and take the picture because it the lighting can make or break the quality of the picture. When putting your portfolio together, make sure you put your best works in the beginning and in the end. Paying attention to the quality of each picture of your artwork and the layout of your portfolio takes more thought and effort than i thought because your art portfolio is what determines if I'm going to get accepted into the colleges I'm going to.
