Water is of major importance to all living things; in some organisms, up to 90% of their body weight comes from water. Up to 60% of the human adult body is water and with just 3% of the world’s water existing as fresh water, it is imperative we fight to protect it from those who would pollute, profit, or privatize it.

Top tips to increase your every intake of water are very simple here are some examples, drink warm water with lemon (so it can help your stomach flush out toxins) or water is fine, 30min before going to bed drink a glass of water. Eating friuts and vegetables have water in them so therefore not only when you drink water you also get some nuturitions in it.
