Now, I dont want to sound like a reactionary, but Ive been hearing about more and more stuff like this in the news. Since when do we treat people as criminals for engaging in legal activity? Also, I understand that the right to privacy has limitations, but it is an implicit right none the less. I get nervous whenever I hear about tracking and detentions over petty stuff like this and it makes me wonder what monster we may have or may be creating. . .
