This is a heart breaking article, to think that things like this are still going on in countries like this is horrible; not that this couldn’t happen in the U.S. but the cruelty and lack of shame by the officers to do such a thing in front of witnesses is unimaginable. I know they are a developing country and have not had a police force for a long time but the number incidents that they have had is horrific. I can't understand why the U.S has not reached out to help the situation. There needs to be some major changes to the police force in South Africa.
