Companies are hoping to hire more women, but consider the motives. I personally recommend contract-to-hire options for your benefit. You will never know what is really going on in an interview. We are currently in demand. Be smart, shrewd and savvy. Negotiate everything!

I adhere to this myself. I was recently asked why I wouldn't Like a client's Facebook page and explained that Facebook is my friends and family only space. No business is done there. Brands can generate more quality, digital leads when they respect boundaries and understand that a Like or Follow is only as good as their level of perceived influence and activity.

Of course it is! Social is a brand awareness tool. Email is your gift from a suspect when you have provided them a darn good reason to come out of hiding. Now, it's your job to continue proving you are entertaining, informative, relavent and delightful. If you can keep doing this using email enough to be at the right place at the right time, they will evolve into a prospect.

Long-term lead generation strategy and perseverance is a tremendous money saver. Can your salespeople show you metrics or behavioral scoring of their lead nurturing calls?
