Nutrition is a very important aspect of everyday life and the same can be said with Physical Therapy. With an abundance of diets, diet pills, and miracle shakes on the market, it is often tough to decide on the right nutritional plan for you. Some of the things you can do is find a plan that is going to work for your and your lifestyle. Make sure to eat breakfast. Eat an array of different colored foods. Maintain portion control.

My husband has had surgery for this three times, and he only has two shoulders.  One or more of these surgeries have been a failure for him.  Some of the failure was from one of the surgeries the other cpntributing factor was the physical therapy or maybe the lack there of.

This is not front cover news anymore. To be healthy one must get up and move. Spending too much time in front of the computer, TV or reading an engaging magazine or book, can increase neck and back pain, or lend to inactivity. You get the message.. right.
