I do most of my running on a treadmill.... However running outside is much more intense and will help build endurance and work on your calves a whole lot more. I'll make sure to include more outsie running in my daily workouts!

I've always thought of yoga as a girl thing to do, but this seems like it can help improve your lower back strength a lot, and being healthy isn't just a girl thing. I'm going to start adding some sort of yoga workout/stretch to my daily routines, I feel they will help with strength and endurance in the future.

I often hear from people who tell me how hard they are working to get lean and toned, but they just aren't seeing results.

I feel this article pertains to me in a sense because sometimes I run, yet afterwards I dont see/feel any results. I didn't realize there's so many factors that effect the results of a run. Weather, time, indoor/outdoor, machine you're using, all do. I'll refer to this article later on to make sure I'm getting the best results from each of my runs.

This article was full of tips to help build and maintain muscle. I didn't know that to build muscle, little fibers actually tore and then reattached bigger and stronger each time. And catching your muscles off guard is apparently really helpful..... Sounds like I need more spontaneous workouts.

Wow. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I rarely eat it. It's just too early for me to be hungry. "Fresh isn't always better", is one tip that stood out in particular to me and I think everyone should remember that one. For my diet plan I know that I'm going to need to remember how to read food labels and determine what is the best thing to buy for the price.

When I was reading this article I kind of got goosebumps.... The U.S. is aiding Ukraines military more and more each day. If we keep this up we risk going to war with Russia.
