My thoughts about his article are reall helpful to me i never knew sleeping after each workout had an impact of how you gained muscle and weight. This will help me from now on only if i could eat vegetables.

My thoughts about this article would have to be amazing because the food that she was eating were all food s like vegetables and low calorie foods with low sugars and sodium. All the food that she would take in were foods that wouldnt damage her body and anyway possible. Her cardio workout sounded really intense and also her other workouts like her ab workout you can tell she worked really hard to get a more sexier body for the role she was playing in fantastic 4.

My thoughts are that, it is really hard for me to change my diet and eat healthy, because i have never ate vegetables and for some reason i just cant take the taste of them. But i understand what the article is trying to say you just have to actually want to eat vegetables and once you put your mind to it your going to do it
