This link is a wonderful source for assessment ideas. I will use some of these in my classroom when assessing the students. There is a variety of them. The learning strategy here is that student's can develop a sort of re-reading or re-doing type of lesson to help improve their skills so they perform better in class. It also shows that students can be engaged in different types of practice. Make sure you look at the specific units we are doing as they might just be what I assess you on. Practice, practice, practice!!
