Women who participated in sports team earlier in life had a 14 percent lowered risk for death from cancer and a 10 percent lowered risk for death from all causes. Continued exercise through adult life increased the lowered risk for death from all causes to 20 percent.  #Cancer #Seniors #SeniorCare #Caregiving #Caregivers

This article is interesting because cotton wool kids have come about just after my generation. I was always out there climbing trees and falling down. These experiences taught me from a young age to get back up and keep trying. Kids these day that are wrapped in cotton wool aren't going to learn to learn to keep trying.
