In order you improve your knowledge about your health and physical activity factors, you can use the following "scoops", they have a relation with PE lessons: health elements, diet and physical activity, all of them are essential to keep and improve our quality of life.

Some of them are related to basic knowledge: avoid physical inactivity, a recommended diet, the body functioning, the control of the different rates and other elements when you are doing physical activity, and other suggestions for physical activity program.

You have to include in your PE notebook, at least, five different interesting things that you could find, and comment them, (deadline june 7th)
