Son’s Health Scare Sparks A New Passion For His Father

Son’s Health Scare Sparks A New Passion For His Father | ART | Conceptual Photography & Fine Art | Scoop.it
Following a health scare with his son, father makes it his mission to capture beautiful moments of his children's childhood through his lens.

Adrian Murray's beautiful portraits tell a story of childhood that all of us can relate to. His nostalgic point of view remind us of our own childhood and storybooks we read growing up.

Adrian and his wife, Michelle woke on morning to find their 10 month old son unresponsive in his crib. A nightmare for any parent to go through. Emerson was rushed to the hospital. Three days and several tests later, there were no answers, only for it to happen again days later. Emerson would be put on anti-seizure medication. With this unfortunate event, Adrian was reminded of how mortal we all are, including our children. Adrian felt compelled to record his family through photography.

Today Emerson is doing just fine and has even become an older brother. After a year of medication, new tests were done and he has recently been cleared from needing medication.

Inspiration can come from anywhere. Have a look at this amazing gallery Adrian has shared with us.

The Magic Of Fall Captured By Alex Greenshpun

The Magic Of Fall Captured By Alex Greenshpun | ART | Conceptual Photography & Fine Art | Scoop.it
Autumn has always been the most magical time of the year for me. All of nature comes alive with golden hues, gentle breezes and the fresh smell of rain. As to be expected from a child of September, the theme of autumn has found its way into my works as well. In my photographs I look for the quirky and unique and try to share a certain story of the subject. And so, each image you see here has a something to tell, and each photograph is a fairytale of autumn. Enjoy! P.S. You'll find many more works in the link below.

Hundreds Of Mountaineers Climb The Alps For Epic Photoshoot

Hundreds Of Mountaineers Climb The Alps For Epic Photoshoot | ART | Conceptual Photography & Fine Art | Scoop.it
The sheer cliff wall or snowy, wind-blasted peak of an icy mountain is a rough place to create large-scale photographic works of art, but that's exactly what Swiss photographer Robert Bösch does. His photos can involve hundreds of mountain climbers braving difficult conditions to get the perfect shot.

Compelling Portraits of People Who Live Alone in the Forest

Compelling Portraits of People Who Live Alone in the Forest | ART | Conceptual Photography & Fine Art | Scoop.it
While most people all over the world live in a community with others around them, Russian photographer Danila Tkachenko captures those that choose to turn their backs on this lifestyle. His compelling series Escape documents people who instead live a solitary existence in the wilderness. They make their homes in the Russian and Ukrainian forest and fashion makeshift dwellings from the land.
We see Tkachenko’s subjects appear in different ways throughout the series; some convey a sense of peacefulness as they lay on the trees, while others look gaunt and less at ease. The photographer is sure to show their homes, too, and it’s remarkable to see the different structures that people build and the objects they collect. Surrounded by the lush, green forest, it’s where these individuals have taken refuge from their former lives.
All of these photographs and more are compiled into a book titled Escape, which is available from Peperoni Books.

Bringing Pan Am Back To Life: Photographing And Lighting The First Class Cabin of a 747 | Fstoppers | ART | Conceptual Photography & Fine Art | Scoop.it
I’m a bit of a dreamer. I’m also a huge aviation geek, and I often catch myself browsing the web at 2am looking up articles on aviation and aviation history. So when I found Anthony Toth and learned more about his life’s work, I knew that I had my next personal photography project in mind. As I'm mostly an architectural photographer, I got bored of waiting around for an airline to hire me to photograph their next ad campaign, so I decided to hire myself into my dream gig.
