Interesting...some people add value to cars by replacing the stock engine with Shelby GT engines or installing a new sound/entertainment system, Mr. Buffett does the same - actually he adds more value - with a Sharpie and simply signing his name to the dash.   Interesting tax implications, I guess his magic marker is increasing his capital gain or ordinary income when he sold the Caddy.  Based on the power of social media, I hope his CPAs pick up the sale of his Caddy on his 1040- the IRS will be on the look out for this extra $100K capital gain.
