عندما يتعلق الأمر بتنظيم الوزن، لا شيء يعمل بشكل أفضل وأسرع من ممارسة الرياضة والحد من حجم وجبة الطعام التي يتناولها المرء.
القيام بذلك وحده سيسمح لك بالتأكيد بتناول ما يريدونه من الحلويات من وقت لاخر. أما من اعتاد منا على تناول الطعام في البوفيات العامرة بما لذ وطاب من المأكولات بصورة مستمرة فلا حل سريع لتخفيف وتنظيم الوزن لديه. ومع ذلك كله، فإنني كصيدلاني أحاول أن أنصح هؤلاء ببعض الفيتامينات والمعادن التي يمكن أن تساعدهم في تنظيم وزنهم دون أن ترهق جيوبهم بأثمانها.
