This is a great example of Stacking the Evidence. Peter Johnson Jr clearly has only one viewpoint on the entire issue and uses everything he can to support his viewpoint. He even brings up unrelated issues and provides a decent example of a Slippery Slope Fallacy.

It uses the Ethos appeal by using William Shatner as a recognizable face and a voice of authority for the readers.
