I so enjoy that I can get excellent results in the privacy of my own home. Not everyone is so motivated and may need to join a fitness center or local gym for positive re-enforcement and that's ok too, the most important part is getting the workout done on a consistent basis.

 One of the first things that gets calculated whenever you join a weight loss program in a gym is your body fat percentage. This is an excellent tool to use, and can be measured at most gyms without membership or fees. Just visit and ask for tour, about personal fitness trainer and having your weight and measurements recorded.

For your own personal satisfaction be sure to get this done at the earleist part of your journey. We must celebrate our successes and  gain strength as we progress. This will help us, be it a positive reading (reduction in bfp) or negative (increase in bfp) we can assess what we need to improve or continue to do according to our body fat percentage readings. Let's tip the caliber in our favor!
