Is it a company's responsibility to acnowledge every tragedy publicly? I don't think so. Sometimes, silence is the best policy.

 

So, I agree with Lisa Gerber here. If it doesn't add value to the conversation, you probably don't have to do anything. Just stop posting for a while.
