this article pointed out a very common moden behaviour of comsumers which is that their communication habbit has shiffted from receving all messages and information to selective ones only and those are commenly the ones thats short. This article pointed out the importance of understanding people's communication behaviour and as a marketer, we should design ads thats fits the behaviour of comsumers which is make it easy for comsumers to understand and short. A good marketer should be able to understand how to be communicate effectivly with comsuers.

As long as the ads that are short get to the point staright away and don't creat confusion between the brand and the message. Sometimes long ads drag on for too long and teh mesage is lost

Pretty well done package by local TV reporter MEGAN DILLARD, probably posted to her personal VIMEO page...but demonstrating a few of the repeat things we run across when we see Law Enforcement officers using AIRSOFT for training:

 

Starts with an "officer" (we're not sure, because he's not identified right away) with NO EYE PROTECTION ON AT ALL!  "EYES AT ALL TIMES!" Even and ESPECIALLY with Airsoft in a training environment!

 

Reloading with PROPANE ADAPTERS....the TANK needs to be inverted to get a proper fill....and using propane indoors....or with any ignition source like a TASER or stun-guns is a NO NO!

 

NO LIVE AMMO OR SIMUNITIONS with AIRSOFT....we realize this is a demonstration for a reporter...but it only takes a small error to create a tragedy

 

HIGH QUALITY AMMO ONLY!  .12 g clear plastic bb's have been proven to be TOO HIGH POWERED to stop skin penetration at the ranges LEO's train!  As proven by the open welts these guys take as "part of training."  LONG SLEAVES and LOWER POWER/Engagement range restrictions would prevent or distinctly lessen what you see here. We understand a "pain penalty" argument...but it shouldn't be THAT painful...and doesn't have to be!

 

KUDOS to Megan and Beaumont P.D. for demonstrating....but, do some more homework, guys, before you use airsoft for training again.  A couple of improvements to your SOP's will make this even better life-saving training!

There’s a saying, “All power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”. Whilst I’d like this to be not true, I do believe it that there is more truth to it, than not.

It’s not that power corrupts, it’s more that as leaders, the higher we go the more power we get, and it’s what we do with this power that defines whether we are corrupt or not.

There are many people who when they get the power, they focus on themselves, looking to benefit from the power, to profit from it. Here the corruption is personal, the leader is now acting in his own best interests, rather than in the interests of his team, his department or his followers.
