Some great points being made here. We use a very similar process when working with clients on vision, values and behaviour management interventions - and make sure that the six or seven core behaviours that come out from that work, are incorporated into senior manager and supervisor appraisals and objectives.

 

For us, the add-on to this article is to ensure that vision, mission, values and behaviours are conjoined with strategy and objectives, to give a comprehensive whole.
