Sites like Glassdoor that allow candidates to rate their job search experience and share interview processes with the Internet are changing how candidates look at prospective employers.  

 

Searching for a job in the social era has changed the process. Individuals should be concerned about their reputations. The Organization, HR and recruiters should be concerned about how their hiring process affects the company's ability to attract social-savvy candidates.
