Marek was born in Slovakia and moved to the Czech Republic before settling in Germany. Now, he has his own machine shop where he builds parts for balconies, railings, stairs and more. His tools of choice are SolidWorks and Geomagic Studio and his workshop is slowly transitioning from CNC toward more machinery production and easy mechanical machines. One of these projects, FilaMaker, took a lot of time and effort to produce, especially getting it crowdfunded to start mass production.

The Bitcoin system—like the normal bank payments system—is intended to move monetary tokens between people through the changing of account entries on databases, but it has two immediate differences. First, the database that is used to record payments between people is public, rather than the privately held account databases of the normal banking system. Second, the intermediaries that change that database are a decentralized network of people (“miners”) running special Bitcoin software, rather than banks running their own private software systems.

One often hears within integral circles of the developmental oscillation between individual and collectivist orientations, so that, for instance, whereas modernity is characterized by an individual achievement ethos, postmodernity is characterized by a collectivist ethos, and therefore post-postmoden integral being and consciousness will be characterized once again by a more integrated individualist ethos, presumably one in which each individual becomes an innovative entrepreneur leading the way in a brave new world of John Galtian self-sufficiency and superhuman individualism.
