Tom is President of Oxford Leadership Academy USA which provides leadership consulting, training, and coaching to help global organizations grow, transform their culture, and become more responsive to the needs of society. He specializes in highly collaborative approaches to leadership and strategy development and has worked with clients around the world including Nokia, Telefonica, eBay, Almirall, the Walt Disney Company, the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Tom partnered with Dee Hock, founder of VISA, to help leaders create more adaptive, innovative, and value-based organizations and has served on the senior leadership team for the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Today he serves on the Board of Directors for both the World Café Community Foundation and the Berkana Institute. Tom earned his B.S. from the University of Houston and holds a black belt in aikido.
