As we can see in the title, this article is talking about the effect of lifestyle on death and disease. The lifestyle is a very big reason on death and disease. For example, a 50 year old man has an 89% chance of surviving to 65 without developing coronary heart disease, stroke or diabetes if he has never smoked, is physically active and not overweight. And also as we can see, the table tells us how smoke kills people slowly. So, in my point of view, everyone should do their best of have a good and healthy lifestyle

This video is talking about how does the social media affect the teenagers. There is a particular word in this video really grab my attention which is 'fame'. The purpose of lots of teenagers post selfies on the social media such as Facebook or Instagram is to get 'like'. In their point of view, the more like they get, the more famous they are. But I don't think this is a very good habit because this can affect the health conditions of the brain. So, it is very important for every teenager to control the time that they spend on the social media every day.

This article is talking about the heart disease and the relationship between the women. We studied this topic last term. Before I read this article, I think the heart disease is only for middle-age man worry about. But, in the article, it says  the heart disease is the single biggest killer of Australian women. Women are almost three times more likely to die of it than breast cancer. So, women in Australia should pay more attention on the heart disease.

This youtube video is talk about a 17 years old girl who has already been pregnant for  seventeen weeks already. This video release to a topic that we studied on last term 'Teenage Pregnancy'. I agree most points that she said. For example, in the video, she is talking about the financial problem. This is a very big problem for everyone who have been involved in the teenage pregnancy because you even can't afford the cost of have a baby. Secondly, it is also a big problem to talking about this with your family (especially your parents) and your friends. As she said, the student in her school start bullying her after she has been pregnant.

This video is talking about the influence of the alcohol to our body, particularly to our brain. We spend most of the last term to study about the alcohol. The alcohol do have lots of influences to our body, especially to the teenager. So, I want to say 'don't drink any alcohol before you become an adult', because that is a very bad thing for your body.

This article is talking about HIV and AIDS which we learned from last term. In my opinion, the HIV and AIDA are two very dangerous disease. So, we should prevent this disease as good as we can. And also the HIV and AIDS are both communicable disease, so we should watch the people around us. If they have HIV or AIDS, tell them to go to the doctor as soon as possible.

This video shows 29 misconceptions about the alcohol and is linked to the alcohol topic which we studied last term. After watching this video, I learned lots of interesting thins about the alcohol. Most importantly, I know it is not a bad thing if you only drink a little bit of alcohol. I think that is the most important thing that she teach us from this video.
