Having raised more than $600M (last rounds of funding were not disclosed) Square is finally going public after more than 1 year delay. It's now happening with half a CEO as Jack Dorsey has just been appointed CEO of struggling Twitter

"Square, the six-year-old mobile payments startup most recently valued at $6B, filed to go public on the NYSE yesterday and announced it will aim to raise $275M. Founder Jack Dorsey is Square's largest shareholder with 24.4%, followed by Khosla Ventures, which has a 17.3% percent stake."
