Pour les non-initiés la fonction filtre se nomme « segments » dans vos tableaux de bord et ces données sont à intégrer dans les segments personnalisés.

À l’issue de ses recherches sur la motivation ,Abraham Maslow a développé sa fameuse théorie sur les besoins humains. Souvent représentée en pyramide, elle présente cinq niveaux : besoins physiologiques, besoins de sécurité, besoins d’appartenance, besoin d’estime, besoin d’accomplissement. Bien qu’elle date de 1943, cette théorie reste d’actualités et peut s’appliquer auxréseaux sociaux. There are many benefits to be gained from collaboration between Human Resources and Marketing leaders including more effective execution, higher productivity and innovation.  Yet the majority of us continue to work predominantly in silos.  But the world of work has changed.  Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice at London Business School and the founder of the Hot Spots Movement, wrote a blog on “Five Changes Future Leaders Must Face” and one of the changes was the need for all leaders to work more collaboratively.  We couldn’t agree more.  With talent as the top concern amongst CEOs, employer branding is fast becoming a  critical strategy to address current and future talent shortages.  With less than 20% of organizations having an employer branding strategy and only 30% of companies with teams of two or more departments responsible for managing the employer brand, we see a huge opportunity for Marketing and HR leaders to collaborate on this critical issue.

A curator ingests, analyzes and contextualizes web content and information of a particular nature onto a platform or into a format we can understand. In other words, a curator is like that person at the beach with the metal detector, surfacing items and relics of perceived value. Only, a web curator shares those gems of content with their online audiences.


And since people create 571 new websites every minute, tweet 175 million times per day and upload 48 hours of new video each minute, a curator's work is never done.
