According to a recent study by Deloitte of 5,000 millennials in 18 countries, respondents ranked “to improve society” as the primary purpose of business. This shift in beliefs is compelling businesses to consider not only profitability but also social impact. A business that chooses to operate like Revolution Foods will often out-compete its competitors thanks to a new generation of consumers, employees, and investors.
