This article helped me a lot when i had to go grocery shopping for my vegetarian food. All the spices and indregrients listed were helpful when cooking my vegetarian meals and honestly made my meals more tastier. Some of my favorites include the vegetarian burger and bean burritos. Both are vegetarian and are just as tasty and delicious and meals with meat in them except much healthier. This also lists the supplies needed to cook with such as vegetable oil, olive oil, flour etc.

I chose this article because it gave me deeper information about cardio excericse. I recently decided i was going to include cardio exercising as a part of my workout instead of just weight lifting. They're three different types of cardio that include low, moderate, and vigirous. I usually do moderate which includes running on a treadmill or riding a bike through some trails. Cardio helps you lose your body weight and comes with the greatest health benefits. Stacking weight lifting and cardio excerise results in immacualte health and will make your body feel much better.

This article showed me some awesome vegetarians meals i can cook. It was helpful because it showed all the ingredients as well as the history of the meal and where it came from. It shows 24 different meals that vegetarians can cook that are tasty. Some of the meals even show different spices you can add to it depending on your prefernce on taste, whether you like spicy food or rather mellow tasting food. In conclusion, this article includes 24 different seasonal mains, sides, soups and salads that are great for vegetarians.

Don't be fooled by the "following a cardio plan for weight loss for dummies" title. Inside this article i found a lot of useful information about the general cardio excerise. They're answers to frequently asked questions and most of my questions got answered after reading this article. I also found it helpful that it listed different activties and how many calories you burn in sections of 15min, 30min, 45min, and 60min which is great for anyone looking to use popular activies as their cardio excerise. What i found interesting is that even excersing at 50% of your heart rate can help build up to your fitness level.

This has taught me a lot and is a great workout for anyone that can devote 5 days a week to the gym which is exactly what i am doing for my project. This workout hits hard in every muscle category and has been working perfect for me. So far, i am very pleased with this workout plan but i have been looking further into more.

I found this article interesting because it gave me some insight on getting the best nutrition while being a vegetarian for my project. It includes a vegetarian food pyramid that a variety of different fats, fruits, vegetables, etc are shown. I learned how many servings of each i need in order to get the proper amount of nutrition i need everyday. I also learned something i had no idea about which was that they're 3 different types of vegetarians that exist. I discovered that i am a Lacto-ovo vegetarian which means i don't eat any type of meat but i do eat eggs and dairy products.

After reading this article, i can say that i have learned a lot about becoming a vegetarian. This article includes information about how vegetarians get protein which seems to be a huge question that vegetarians get asked. Basically people can get "too much" animal protein which can be very unhealthy for you. But the protien that vegetarians get are usually much better for you. It also describes the difference from being vegetarian and being vegan which many people get confused.
