Do you share Parental Responsibility?
“Parental Responsibility affords the legal right to take decisions about such things as your children’s education, medical matters and religion.”
Not all fathers have shared Parental Responsibility and then may be unaware of this fact.
Find out what your rights are and help yourself. Make this a routine placed firmly in your family’s life; this is called 'development’. Why not do this as a couple?
Learning to share and develop your relationship.
Of the most importance teach your children about Human Rights; because no one else is going to do this for you. , then maybe it is too late and it will take years to undo the damage! There is nothing wrong with some empowerment and knowledge.
You do have Parental Responsibility in Private and Public Law as long as you are aware of your rights and you are not dealing with a lazy lawyer. The best move and truly is ‘in the best interest of the child’; is to keep away from the family court.
