Did you know that you must fill out and submit the College Oppotunity Fund (COF) application in order to receive the stipend for in-state tuition? Colorado in-state tuition used to be automatically granted with your Colorado home address (back in the day), but now parents must fill out the application in order to qualify for the COF tuition.  This page gives parents all the information they need.  You can apply as soon as your child turns 13 years old.
