Two nasbi terrorists belonging to the banned outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba who had killed Shia notable in Gilgit were released. Burhan Ahmed and Shakil Farooqi were arrested on charges of murdering Ramzan Ali Danish in 2007. Shia prisoners at Kashrot Jail had registered stiff protest against the release of the murderers. Due to protest, police have shifted the Shia prisoners to Judial Jail. Ramzan Ali Danish was an active member of Shia community in Gilgit. He was targeted because of his religious activities. He was murdered near airport area. Shia parties and leaders too have condemned the act of release of the notorious terrorists. They said instead of taking notice of Shia Muslims genocide, judiciary was giving relief to the terrorists by such judgments.

KOHAT: At least three people were killed and six were injured when unidentified assailants ambushed a passenger vehicle near Charkhel village in lower Kurram Agency on Monday, a political administration official said. Confirming that it was a sectarian attack, the official said that the vehicle was en route to Peshawar from Parachinar – the headquarters of Kurram Agency – when unknown men opened fire on it from a mountain. He added that all the passengers belonged to the Shia community. “The locals are afraid of sectarian violence again.” The injured and the deceased were shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Thall. He added that that this was the sixth attack on a passenger vehicle in the area after the route was reopened by Commissioner Kohat division Sahibzada Muhammad Anees about six months ago.

سپریم کورٹ نے جو فیصلہ کرنا تھا کر گۓ ہیں اور ابھی جو سپیکر صاحبہ فیصلہ نے کیا ہے یہ سپریم کورٹ سے بڑا فیصلہ ہے اور ابھی سپیم کورٹ کو بھی اس فیصلے کو تسلیم کرنا پڑیگا۔ ورنہ ھم عوام سپریم کورٹ کو جانبدار کہنے میں حق بجانب ہونگے جسکا پہلے سے تاثر ہے۔ ضروری نہیں ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ جو بھی فیصلہ کرے وہ حرف آخر ہو۔ ایک منتخب وزیر اعظم اور اسپیکر کا سپریم کورٹ سے زیادہ احترام ہونا چاہیۓ ۔اگر ہم ایسا نہیںےکرینگے تو غیر جمہوری قوتیں پہلےکی طرح پاکستان میں مضبوط ہو کر اپنا راستہ بناتی جاۓ گی۔

In 1980, the UAE took its claim to the UnitedNations. But it was rejected by the UN security council, and the issue was closed. In same year, Saddam Hussein attempted to justify the Iraq-Iran war by claiming that one of the objectives was to "liberate" Abu Musa, Greater Tunb, and Lesser Tunbin Persian Gulf. In 1992, Iran expelled foreign workers who operated the UAE-sponsored school, medical clinic, and power-generating station. In 2012 a visit to the island by Iranian president Ahmedinejad provoked a diplomatic incident. Iran refer to the historical fact that the ownership of Iran over the islands roots back to Elam, Medes, Achaemenid, Parthian and Sassanid Empire and Persianpax Era and claims it was occupied by the UK and refers to the the agreement between Iran and emirate of Sharjah at 1971.
