Here is a list of problems that are possible to happen in paperless. This article give me an important point. As the person like me that never had probem, view this problem as small things. But once it really happened, people are easily lose confidence on paperless and trying to go back to traditional way. This article is convicing and used personal experience from author. I will structure this as one of the main support to the thesis.

But can that personal experience be used for larger points? One person's experience might not be representative of a bigger issue.

Nice job linking this source. The source is certainly academic since it describes its study design, which is a point you should make in your annotations when discussing the appropriateness of a source.

After switch to sending social security by electronic, many people have difficuties because they are not suit for the new way of payment, and many of them do not even have a bank account. It is a real world example against paperless. This will be one of my main support to the thesis.

Going paperless means you need to remember more password, and you are risk of not receiving statements for some reason such as the mail been classified to a spam. And if you changed mail address, you must remember to change all settings to new address. This article used the ethos on those small mistakes we all possible to make to persuave reader. I will use this source by summarizing the main points into my essay.
