C: Puberty can cause teens not feel tired until later

 

A: Most teens need 9+ hours of sleep to be alert

 

C: Jobs, eraly classes, homwork, sports, social, eletronics

 

A: only 10% of kids get needed amount

 

ntk: Lack of sleep can cause accidents wile driveing or troubles in school (academic and behavior)

 

S: Dim or turn off the lights

 

S: Stick to same sleeping scheduale even on the weekends

 

S: short 30 minute naps (no more than 30 min.)

 

S: Diet (no caffine before bed)

 

S: do relaxing things before bed like hot shower or reading (not loud music, exercise, or electronics)

 

S: Take phons or TV's out of room or any onther electronic devices
