This is my insight using the  see-think-wonder routine... From this article we can literally see rags turn to riches as we witness how the now affluent multimillionaire Daymond john started out as a budding entrepreneur, selling homade hats and shirts on the streets to build the popular clothing line FUBU. After reading the article I think that the possibilities of acheiving success and turning rags to riches are definitely endless as long as you are prepared to go the extra mile like what Daymond did to earn respect from his business partners. A good business acumen is also one of the factors required. I wonder if Daymond had gotten lucky in his business endeavours or if it was pure effort and determination that got him to where he is today.

Yahoo sent a memo to employees yesterday, letting them know that they were expected to show up at the office every day. Silicon Valley was outraged.

Seriously...seems like a ploy to reduce engagement and get people to leave to cut costs...only thing is, the good performers may be lost as well, not to mention that leadership also needs to be taking accountibility for current issues not covertly shifting blame.
