30 profesores llegaron, ganas de aprender. Se pusieron manos a la y se colocan los ordenadores portátiles y kits de robots en el suelo. La habitación llena de emoción (y la risa!) Como todo el mundo trató de llegar a diferentes soluciones sobre cómo crear diferentes programas. Los resultados fueron hilarante; un robot inspirado en Darth Vader, un robot que pidió a todos que apagar las luces cuando ya era demasiado brillante en la habitación, y un robot que engañó al profesor para salir del aula durante un examen.


No está mal para un día de “trabajo”

de formación, como el anterior, es lo que está sobre todos en ROBBO. ROBBO es una divertida y sencilla manera para absolutamente cualquier persona para introducirse en el mundo de la robótica y la codificación. Como parte de uno de nuestros muchos proyectos, organizamos un fin de semana de entrenamiento con el único propósito de introducir a los profesores de programación y robótica. Los maestros comenzaron con ejercicios sencillos en RobboScratch, un entorno de programación visual; mover el personaje, creando serie de comandos múltiples, y el aprendizaje de las ventajas del bucle infinito al hacer programas.

Por lo tanto, ¿qué queremos decir acerca de la robótica en el aula? Nuestros robótica educativa constan de dos robots diferentes; el kit de robot y el laboratorio. Ambos robots son ideales para el aprendizaje de programación, robótica, así como habilidades de resolución de problemas, matemáticas y física mientras se trabaja en equipos interactivos. El Lab incluye un micrófono, luces LED, sensor de luz y un control deslizante y es ideal para experimentar con diferentes elementos tales como valores numéricos de sonido o luz y. Nuestro otro robot es el kit de robot, equipado con un motor, que es una forma divertida de explorar la tecnología cotidiana utilizando un sensor táctil, sensor de proximidad, sensor de luz, sensores de línea y una luz LED. Nuestros robots se programan en el entorno de programación visual RobboScratch, una versión adaptada del rasguño desarrollado en el MIT.

While microlearning is not a new concept, it is suddenly being talked about as the next significant approach to train workforce. Although chunking content into short bytes has existed for a long time, we are seeing an increased focus on microlearning as a fairly significant part of an organization’s overall training delivery. Here are 10 benefits of microlearning-based training.

In this article, I will outline why “less is more” and touch upon the top 10 benefits of microlearning-based training.

What Is Microlearning?

Microlearning is a short, focused learning nugget (often 3-5 mins long or shorter) that is designed to meet a specific learning outcome. It can be used to offer formal training but it often finds a wider usage in informal training (with a focus on performance gain).

 

Typically designed in rich media formats, it is a learner-centric approach that provides just-in-time training that is available on multiple devices (extending to Tablets and Smartphones besides Desktops and Laptops). All these aspects ensure that it can be easily accessed, quickly completed, and applied by the learners.

“Hace no mucho el precariado era la condición de vagabundos, homeless, mendigos. Ahora marca la naturaleza de la vida de gente que hace 50 años estaba bien instalada. Gente de clase media. Menos el 1% que está arriba del todo, nadie puede sentirse hoy seguro. Todos pueden perder los logros conseguidos durante su vida sin previo aviso”.

Por un lado, decía Bauman, está la “devastación emocional y mental de muchos jóvenes que entran ahora al mercado de trabajo y sienten que no son bienvenidos, que no pueden añadir nada al bienestar de la sociedad sino que son una carga”. Por otro, concluía, “la gente que tiene un empleo experimenta la fuerte sensación de que hay altas posibilidades de que también se conviertan en desechos.

Y aun conociendo la amenaza son incapaces de prevenirla. Es una combinación de ignorancia e impotencia. No saben qué va a pasar, pero ni sabiéndolo serían capaces de prevenirlo. Ser un sobrante, un desecho, es una condición aún de una minoría, pero impacta no sólo en los empobrecidos sino también en cada vez mayores sectores de las clases medias, que son la base social de nuestras sociedades democráticas modernas. Están atribuladas”.
