Cognizant offers great program health check and project heath check tool, with detailed report and analysis by their SMEs. I am working on specs and analysis of another health screen tool, and this is as interesting as anything. I am sure there is audience for such tools, for objective monitoring and to plan for risk mitigation strategies.
