I liked the video mainly because Dr. Weil is not advertising his own products.  Although somewhat dated (2012), Dr. Weil gives us a web site that is often updated by a non-profit group based in Washington, DC -- it's ewg.org -- which stands for the Environmental Working Group.  On this site, shoppers can be made aware of those foods that should be bought organic, as well as those that are safe to eat farmed by non-organic measures.  Pardon the pun, but it's "good stuff!"

I support the principles of organic farming, for sure, but it can be hard to consistently pay $7 for a pint of something he'll go through in two days.

First and foremost, what I liked about this article is that, even though the author is talking about kids, scientists and research studies prove that, bottom line, eating more (& more often) of ANY type of fruits and vegetables is a boost to one's health -- & that includes us adults, too!  Less McDonald's, more apples!
